The chest is in good antique condition with honest age-appropriate wear. The flame mahogany veneer on the drawer fronts is intact across all five drawers with strong figure and good color. All five original turned wooden knobs are present and secure. The locks behind the brass escutcheons are functioning, though no key is included. One or two brass escutcheon inserts are missing or vacant. There are minor wood chips on the front faces of several drawers and a small chip on the back top left of the case, all consistent with age and handling. The back leg was slightly shorter than the others; the feet will be leveled before the piece ships so it will sit flat on delivery. The drawers run smoothly. The case is structurally sound.

All antique and vintage items are shipped from our warehouse in Bluffdale, Utah. Each piece is carefully packed by hand using archival materials and custom crating when necessary.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the item. Local pickup is available at the AMD Warehouse.
All sales of antique and vintage items are final due to their unique, one-of-a-kind nature. Illuminé candles and The Collector's Guide may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unopened and in original condition.
If your piece arrives damaged, please photograph the damage immediately (including packaging), contact us within 48 hours at austynmariedesign@gmail.com, and do not discard any packaging.
