Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days of purchase.
  • Custom requests or tailored services may require additional time; we will communicate any delays promptly.

Shipping Methods

  • We partner with trusted carriers to provide reliable and secure shipping services and primarily use the 3rd party company, Pirate Ship.
  • All items are meticulously packaged to preserve their condition during transit.
  • For fragile or oversized pieces, we may utilize specialty shipping services to ensure safe delivery.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the item's size, weight, and destination.
  • Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping | Delivery Times

  • Estimated shipping processing time is 5-10 business days from purchase date. 
  • Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing.

Insurance & Tracking

  • All shipments include tracking information, which will be shared via email upon dispatch.

  • We offer third-party shipping insurance through Pirate Ship's InsureShield service to protect your purchase against loss or damage during transit.

    • Insurance Costs:

      • Domestic Shipments: $1.00 for every $100 of declared value.
      • International Shipments: $1.00 for every $100 of declared value.
    • Coverage Limits:

      • Up to $10,000 per UPS shipment.
      • Up to $5,000 per USPS shipment.
      • Note: The limit for USPS First Class Package International and Simple Export Rate is $400.
    • Filing a Claim:

      • In the unlikely event of loss or damage, please contact us within 40 days of receipt.
      • We will process and file the claim with InsureShield for you.
      • Claims must be filed within 30 days after delivery or the expected delivery date.

    • Required Documentation for Claims:

      • Proof of value (e.g., invoice or receipt). *We will provide*
      • Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. 
      • ALL sides of the box - 6 photos
      • Inside of box containing the shipping supplies used - 2 photos
      • Damaged Item - all sides of item and video if possible.
      • Tracking information. *We will provide*
      • PLEASE DO NOT THROW AWAY BOX, SHIPPING SUPPLIES OR ITEM ITSELF!
      • Any other relevant information as specified by InsureShield.

Returns & Exchanges

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
  • We encourage you to review all descriptions, photos, and measurements carefully before making your purchase. If you have any questions or need additional details about a piece, please reach out before placing your order.

International Shipping

  • We are delighted to ship worldwide; however, please ensure that your country allows the import of antiques.
  • Buyers are responsible for understanding their country's import laws and any associated costs.
