Questions
Do I need an appointment to visit? +
Starting Friday, June 19, the showroom is open for walk-ins every Friday from 11am to 4pm. No appointment needed during those hours. For any other day of the week, please book a visit through my Setmore page.
Where is the showroom located? +
The showroom is in Bluffdale, Utah, about thirty minutes south of downtown Salt Lake City and easy to reach from I-15. The full address and parking instructions are included in your booking confirmation when you reserve a time through my Setmore page.
How long does an appointment last? +
Appointments run between forty-five minutes and an hour and a half, depending on the visit. You'll choose the length when you book through Setmore. Take the time you need. I'd rather you leave with the right piece than feel hurried through the room.
Is the inventory in the showroom the same as what's online? +
Most of it, yes. There are also pieces in the showroom that haven't been photographed or listed yet — new arrivals from a recent container, things that came in too late to make the last drop. The website is a starting point. The showroom is the full library.
Can I purchase pieces during my visit? +
Yes. If a piece is right for you, you can purchase it on the spot. I accept all major cards and can arrange wire transfer for larger pieces.
Do you ship pieces I purchase at the showroom? +
I do. Smaller pieces I pack and ship through my own team. Larger furniture, mirrors, and fragile pieces go through a freight partner I trust for antiques. I'll quote shipping at the appointment so you know the full picture before you decide.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel? +
Your confirmation email from Setmore includes a link to reschedule or cancel — I ask for at least 24 hours' notice so I can offer the time to someone else. Life happens, of course. If something comes up last minute, send me a note and we'll find a new time.
Can I bring my designer or a friend? +
Please do. Many of my favorite visits are when a client brings their designer, partner, or a friend with a good eye. Just let me know in your booking notes so I'm prepared.
