I make every effort to accurately photograph and describe each piece, including any imperfections or age-related wear. Because these are antique and vintage objects, some wear is expected and part of their character. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please follow these steps immediately:

• Do not accept the delivery if you believe the contents have been compromised.
• If already accepted, photograph both the damaged box and its contents immediately.
• Contact the shipping carrier to report the damage and file a claim.
• Send us your photos and claim information within 48 hours of delivery.
• A refund may be considered if the shipping carrier denies the claim and you have followed all steps and provided photographic evidence.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

• Contact the shipping carrier directly to report the issue and initiate a claim.
• File your claim as soon as possible and provide any relevant details.
• We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for missing or stolen packages — this is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We will assist you however we can.

The items I offer are often hundreds of years old. They may exhibit age-related wear, patina, minor repairs, or characteristics that reflect their history. This is not damage — it is evidence of a life well lived.
