Vintage brass pharmacy-style desk lamp with a clean architectural profile and a cylindrical metal shade that throws a focused pool of light. The built-in dimmer sits at the bulb, taking the lamp from soft ambient glow to brighter task lighting with a turn. The brass has developed a warm, even patina that reads as collected rather than tarnished. Sized for a desk, console, bookshelf, or bedside table. Sold as found and will require rewiring before use.
Good vintage condition with age-appropriate patina throughout the brass. Light surface scratches and scattered spots of wear across the finish, with a small scuff at the very top. The base does not sit completely flat at the front, consistent with a slight warp or minor bend. The underside shows typical oxidation. Lamp will require rewiring before use, please factor this into your purchase.
Shipping & Returns
All antique and vintage items are shipped from our warehouse in Bluffdale, Utah. Each piece is carefully packed by hand using archival materials and custom crating when necessary.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the item. Local pickup is available at the AMD Warehouse.
All sales of antique and vintage items are final due to their unique, one-of-a-kind nature. Illuminé candles and The Collector's Guide may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unopened and in original condition.
If your piece arrives damaged, please photograph the damage immediately (including packaging), contact us within 48 hours at austynmariedesign@gmail.com, and do not discard any packaging.
