Made by The Cresco Mfg. Co., New Haven, Connecticut, this marked “Juniorlite” brass light is the kind of quietly iconic mid-century piece that works hard and looks good doing it. With its domed shade, adjustable joint, and warm brass presence, it can be installed as a hardwired wall sconce or used as a compact desk lamp, bringing a tailored, utilitarian edge to bedsides, bookshelves, gallery walls, or a focused reading corner.
